Engine Assembly Line
An assembly line 105 meters length, O-type, with 65 stations in total which are automatic (robot, camera, servo etc systems), semi-automatic (light barrier, area scanner etc) and manual stations. A traceability system was established that provides instantly data exchange during process.

Cylinder Head Assembly Line
This is an O-type assembly line with 14 stations that 12 of automatical and 2 of manual. This line comprises 25 pallets and chain driven conveyor and it can manufacture 5 different type of products.
IRAN CHARKESHGAR Gearbox Assembly Line
This gearbox assembly line is an O-type line which comprises main assembly line, gear group assembly line with 27 stations that automatic (robot, camera, servo etc systems), semi-automatic (light barrier, area scanner etc) and manual stations.
