Chain Conveyor

Empty pallets from the assembly line are picked up by the operator, clutch group of the type determined according to the relevant production film are prepared in the kitting region and placed on these pallets. The operator loads the pallets back onto the conveyor with the transport cart. The pallets are lifted to the bridge part by elevator and transmitted over the bridge to the opposite side of the road.First, the pallet is brought in front of the operatör by a pneumatic piston to let the operator pick-up the flywheel. After the operator picks up the part, pallet comes again onto conveyor, and transferred to next operation to make the clutch lining picked-up. After picking clutch lining, operator pushes approve button and pallet is transferred by conveyor to preparation zone to be loaded again.
